1. A model release signed by a parent is required. Session images to be used for advertising, website, and social media (names are never shared). 

2. NO CASH VALUE. 

3. Studio reserves the right to substitute products based on availability. 

4. Studio reserves the right to refuse service, Cancel the win and pick another winner at the discretion of the owner. 

5. Once the session date and time is set on the calendar there will be no rescheduling.  Canceling the session, or running late by more than 20 minutes, or No Show will forfeit the entire prize.

7. Winner is selected from the top 10% of people who share the post about the giveaway with local friends on social media.  Share it on your Facebook profile, or Instagram or email it to your friends.

10. You may opt for additional family members to join in on the date of the session for a $40 fee PLUS a minimum package purchase of $300 to be paid at the time of booking the session date. You will still receive the winning package products, though those are limited to one person in the photos- the child designated at the time of registration in order to move forward with booking the shoot. 

11. Session location is limited to the Owner's Studio. There is no option to go on location. 

12. Session time will be limited to 60-90 minutes max. You may have unlimited outfit changes as time allows during the session. There are multiple sets and backgrounds for a wide variety of looks during the session.
